Analysis of fish behaviour is an effective way to indirectly identify the presence environmental pollutants that negatively affect life, its production and quality. Monitoring individual collective behaviours produces large amounts non-linear data require tailor-suited computational methods interpret manage information. Fractal dimension (FD) entropy are two groups such analysing serve as indicators complexity predictability (entropy) behaviours. Since behavioural may be modulated by contaminants, changes in FD values have a clear potential embedded biological early warning system (BEWS), which particularly useful Precision Fish Farming settings monitor wild populations.
